Sheila was born June 23, 1975, in Santa Fe, N.M. Sheila was a strong and faithful Christian who inspired others with her unyielding faith in Jesus Christ.

Sheila was a beloved mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend. A truly beautiful person both inside and out.

Her strength of character, her kindness, love and compassion for others shined as a beacon for those around her. Her children were her greatest joy.

Sheila was an extraordinary person who will live in our hearts forever. Sheila's greatest talent was her ability to make everyone she met feel like the most important person in her life.

No matter the situation, Sheila was there for everyone who wanted or needed her.

Once in a lifetime someone like Sheila comes along and blesses us with her love and her life. We will miss her terribly.

She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Gonzales of Las Vegas, N.M.

Survivors include her husband of 13 years, Jim Larsen; four children, Paige Larsen, Brecken Larsen, Jade Larsen and Carys Larsen, all of Amarillo; her mother, Jackie Ridley of Amarillo; three brothers, Chris Gonzales, Leigh Gonzales and Joey Castillo, all of Amarillo; a sister, Candace Drees and husband Kurt of Amarillo; and her grandmother, Joyce Brusven of Eugene, Oregon.
